Occupational Strength and Conditioning (S&C) focuses on preparing individuals for the physical demands of their profession. Unlike general fitness training, it targets the exact movements, loads, and stresses experienced in specific jobs to keep workers strong, safe, and able to perform at their best.

Before settling down as a performance coach, specializing in occupational S&C, I worked primarily as a general builder and labourer.
During this time, I picked up valuable experience doing manual labour - contending with the same fatigue and overuse as many of my clients. With first-hand experience varying from hard landscaping and bricklaying to asbestos removal, painter decorating and carrying out office refurbs, I appreciate the different tasks builders contend with.
To put myself through university I worked a diverse number of jobs from hospitality and catering, through to retail, trade, and warehouse work. I also enjoyed time working overnight at supermarkets.
My training and qualifications have enabled me to assess jobs, appreciate the tasks and build plans designed to improve your ability to work.
Training is designed to mimic the physical demands of a profession (e.g., firefighters, military, police, paramedics, construction workers, tradesman, and outdoor adventurists).
Programs aim to reduce workplace injuries by improving strength, mobility, stability, and conditioning needed for the tasks performed.
Conditioning helps individuals perform tasks more efficiently—lifting, carrying, climbing, running, or wearing heavy gear—leading to better safety and effectiveness on the job.
We research every occupation intensely with the intent of dissecting how the body moves anatomically throughout the average day in different jobs. We take our information and create bespoke plans designed to strengthen key areas to maximize your ability at work and keep you injury free.
We know that PT isn't for everyone. Whilst we love the idea of training YOU in person, we want to help as many people as possible. Therefore we have options including purchasing bespoke pre-made plans for key occupations.
We are open to all feedback and comments on our services. Whilst we carry out research, and have hands-on experience in a variety of professions, the person who knows your job best is YOU. Therefore we work with our clients, offering advice based on YOU.
